O R D E R

% 23.03.2020 No steps in terms of order dated 17.03.2020 are indicated to have been taken. Respondent No.3 arrayed on the record is apparently the father of the Petitioner No.1. On behalf of the State has been submitted the status report under the signatures of the Inspector Vivek Tyagi, SHO, Mayur Vihar, Phase-I which vouches the factum of marriage between the Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 as also their dates of birth which thus indicates that the Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 have since been married. The status report indicates also that there is no complaint received from the Petitioners regarding any threats so far. Copy of the school certificates of the Petitioners as well as their marriage certificates which are duly verified have been placed on the

record with the status report. The statements of the petitioners recorded on 17.03.2020 have also been submitted with the status report which indicate that the Petitioners have not received any further threats. The status report that has been submitted also indicates that the local beat staff is in regular touch with the Petitioners and that the Petitioners have been briefed to contact the given numbers as well as the PCR through Number 112 in the hour of need.

In the circumstances apparently, the petition calls for no further action with directions to the SHO, PS Mayur Vihar, Phase-I to ensure that adequate security is provided to the Petitioners in terms of the order dated 17.03.2020.

The petition is disposed of.
