The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "i. Pass necessary orders and directions thereby quashing FIR no. 0523 of 2019, registered at Police Station Kapashera under Section 420 I.P.C. 1860 and all the proceedings emanating therefrom. Pass any such other orders / directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

It is pointed out that during the pendency of the aforesaid proceedings, a closure report has been filed and the same is pending adjudication before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
