Further to the order dated 26.03.2025, Ms. Aliza Alam and Ms. Laavanya Kaushik, learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submit that the petitioner will be permitted to participate in the Lower Division Clerk ["LDC"] Examination for the post of Assistant Account Officer.

The Office of Principal District and Sessions Judge, where the petitioner is presently working, will make a note of the pending criminal proceedings against him, and forward the same to respondent No.2Controller of Accounts. 3.

It is submitted that respondent No. 2 will permit him to participate in the LDC examination, and the respondents will adopt sealed cover procedure thereafter. In view of the above submission, Mr. Padma Kumar S., learned counsel for the petitioner, states that no further relief is required in this writ petition.
