% 17.03.2020 CRL.M.A.5594/2020 (Exemption) Exemption allowed, subject to just exceptions. W.P. (CRL.) 744/2020 Initial submissions have been made on behalf of the petitioner. Vide the present petition the petitioner seeks extension of parole granted vide order dated 18.02.2020 in WP (CRL.) 447/2020 for a period of 12 weeks. It is inter alia submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner seeks the extension of parole to comply with the memorandum of understanding dated 10.02.2020 between the petitioner as a Director of M/s Tirupati Builders Pvt. Ltd. as well as M/s Tirupati Township Plot Holders Association (Regd.) submitting inter alia to the effect that the petitioner has also in terms of the memorandum of understanding sought the release of his enhanced compensation from the Ghaziabad Development Authority and reliance is thus sought to be placed on behalf of the petitioner on
the affidavit of the District Magistrate, Ghaziabad of October, 2008 to submit that the application of the petitioner seeking the enhanced compensation amount was then pending before the Ghaziabad Development Authority with it having been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the application seeking release of the enhanced compensation amount has been filed on 24.02.2020 before the Ghaziabad Development Authority with it having submitted further that in Crl.Rev.Petition 193/2018 vide order dated 16.03.2020, the parole has been extended till 15.04.2020.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that in the circumstances in as much as the petitioner is already on parole in the said proceedings, the parole may be extended till 15.04.2020. In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of with directions that the parole granted vide order dated 18.02.2020 in W.P.(CRL) 447/2020 is extended till 15.04.2020 on the same terms and conditions as imposed vide order dated 13.09.2019 in W.P. (CRL) 2577/2019.
