% 17.03.2020 This writ petition is filed seeking quashing of the joint survey and demolition notice dated 12.03.2020 in respect of the property of the petitioner.

The case of the petitioner is that petitioner No.2 purchased a residential house on 17.02.2003 which comprises of Khasra No.35/1 sitauted in the Revenue Estate of village Devli, Tehsil Mehrauli (Hauz Khas), LBlock, Sangam Vihar, New Delhi-110062. Petitioner has been residing in the said house since then.

The petitioners have received a joint survey and demolition notice dated 12.03.2020 which pertains to Khasra no. 134(Nala) in Village Devli. Learned counsel for the petitioners state that petitioners are not a resident of Khasra No.134 (Nala) in Village Devli. In the interest of justice, let the concerned SDM, Saket give a personal hearing to the petitioner on 15.04.2020 at 11AM. Learned SDM, if

necessary, is free to adjourn the hearing to some other convenient date. Learned SDM will pass a reasoned order after completing the hearing taking into account the submissions of the petitioners. Till the time, a reasoned order is passed no demolition should be carried out. Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
