The present petition is filed, inter alia, praying as under : (a) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction to the Respondents to take appropriate steps in terms of order dated 04.03.2025 passed by Ld. JMFC, Dwarka Courts so that the Petitioner and her minor ailing child may be protected from the financial vagrancy and the urgent needs for herself and her child.
(b) Pass an order calling for the detailed record of the action taken by the respondents to effectuate the order of the ld. JMFC, Dwarka Courts order dated 4.03.2025 to ascertain as to why appropriate action had not been taken and the accused has been roaming free without any threat of law despite the petitioner provided all The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

The petitioner is embroiled in matrimonial dispute with Respondent No. 6, which also led to filing of multiple proceedings including the petition under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (DV Act).

The petitioner is essentially aggrieved that Respondent No. 6 is not paying monthly maintenance as awarded by the learned Family Court.

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has to support not only herself but also the minor child, who is also suffering from various medical ailments. The petitioner had also filed execution proceedings, in which bailable warrants were issued against Respondent No. 6.

It is pointed out that non-bailable warrants were subsequently issued against Respondent No. 6. 6.
The petitioner apprehends that the Police Authorities are hand in glove with Respondent No. 6 due to which non-bailable warrants are not getting executed.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, on instructions, submits that numerous efforts were made to trace The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
Respondent No. 6. He submits that all steps in accordance with the procedure have been taken for service of non-bailable warrants on Respondent No. 6.

He submits that an appropriate application would be filed for declaration of Respondent No. 6 as a proclaimed person. 9.
Considering the statement made by the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, no orders are required to be passed at this stage.

The present petition is, therefore, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach an appropriate forum in case any grievance remains in future. Pending application(s) also stand disposed of.
