Regular First Appeal under Section 96 read with Order XLI has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 20.12.2025. 2.

After some arguments, the parties are agreeable for a settlement. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant states that he does not want to agitate the Appeal on merits. However, six months' time be given for handing over the peaceful and vacant possession to the Respondent. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, states that the Appeal may be disposed of in terms of proposal given on behalf of the Appellant.

In view of the submissions made, the Appeal is disposed of with the directions that the Appellant shall hand over the peaceful and vacant possession of the Suit Property to the Respondent on or before the six months from today.
