The present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks the following prayers: - "a. Issue an appropriate Writ, order, or direction directing the Ld. Trial Court to expedite the proceedings and dispose of the pending Trial in Case No.8077/2024 arising out of case FIR No.302/2022, U/s 419/420/120B/34 IPC, P.S. Mukherjee Nagar pending before the court of Ms. Amardeep Kaur, Hon'ble CMM, North District, Rohini Court, New Delhi within a time-bound period as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court;
b.
