Petitioner filed this petition seeking directions for expeditious disposal of the proceedings pending before the magisterial court. 2.

However, learned counsel for petitioner himself has shown me order dated 20.05.2026 passed by the learned trial court, disclosing pendency of 5000 cases in that court, including 04 of the 75 oldest cases of Patiala House Court Complex, which have to be disposed of on priority basis as directed by this court, in addition to a number of matters for which there are specific directions of this court for expeditious disposal. 3.

Realising the load on the trial court, learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that he wants to withdraw this petition. 4.

As requested, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
