The limited prayer made by the petitioner is that the respondent- CISF be directed to provide the entire set of records pertaining to the disciplinary proceedings held against him, including the dismissal order issued by the Disciplinary Authority. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that vide order dated 23rd March, 2015, the petitioner was removed from service pursuant to the disciplinary proceedings held against him. In October, 2015, The petitioner had approached his previous counsel- Mr. M.K. Gaur for legal advice. Unfortunately, the learned counsel had lost his bag containing the original records of the petitioner, including all the W.P.(C) 623/2016

documents pertaining to the disciplinary proceedings. As a result, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 21st November, 2015 to the respondents requesting for a copy of the documents pertaining to the disciplinary proceedings held against him and the orders issued by the respondents.

As the respondents have failed to respond to the said request, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondents, who appears on advance notice, states on instructions that the representation of the petitioner dated 21st November, 2015 shall be decided soon and the relevant records shall be furnished to the petitioner within four weeks, upon his paying the requisite expenses, if any. 4.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of with directions to the respondents to ensure that the copies of the records sought by the petitioner are made available to him within four weeks, on payment of necessary charges.

The petition is disposed of.
