This petition by way of Public Interest Litigation has been filed with a prayer to direct inquiry through Special Investigation Team/CBI into the alleged administrative and financial irregularities in maintaining the library of National Institute of Medical Statistics, New Delhi/Respondent No.1 herein.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent No.3/Union of India.

Having regard to the admitted fact that FIR No.970/2015, P.S. Hauz Khas, has already been registered under Sections 409, 468 and 471, IPC with regard to the very same allegations and the investigation is pending, we are of the view that the interference by this Court is not warranted at this

stage.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
