Vide order dated 27.03.2025, the Court directed for issuance of notice. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that on 24.03.2025, the petitioner received the notice for a meeting which was to be conducted on 17.04.2025 to examine the claims/disputes and to suggest amicable solutions to the dispute between the parties. Learned counsel further submits that the aforesaid meeting had taken place on 17.04.2025, however, minutes thereof are still awaited.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court finds that at this stage, proceedings for conciliation are going on and, therefore, the appointment of the Arbitrator will have to be deferred.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive his request if, within a reasonable period of time, the Arbitrator is not appointed.
