The present petition has been instituted seeking transfer of trial of the case bearing no. 468934/2016 titled "Sunil Sagar vs. Mala Nidar" from the Court of Sh. Harjyot Singh Bhalla, learned ACMM (South), Saket Courts, Delhi to Rohini Courts, Delhi for the reason that all the petitioners are residing in Rohini.

Respondent states that he has no objection if the case is transferred to Rohini Courts, Delhi as his case bearing FIR No. 354/13 u/s. 323/325/341/506/509/34 IPC, PS Shalimar Bagh registered against respondent, is also pending in Rohini Court before the Court of Sh. Virender Singh, learned MM.

Heard. In view of above, the case is transferred from the Court of Sh. Harjyot Singh Bhalla, learned ACMM (South), Saket Courts, Delhi to Sh. Virender Singh, learned MM, Rohini Courts, Delhi, for 10.12.2019. 4.

Let the parties appear before the concerned court on the said date. 5.
