The present Petition has been filed under Sections 11(5) and 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["Act"] seeking the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator for the resolution of disputes inter se the parties in terms of Clause 9.4 contained in Article IX of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 02.02.2021, as executed between the parties, more specifically between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, after some arguments, seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition. 3.
