Application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking modification of the Order dated 08.10.2025.

It is submitted that Bail has been granted to the Petitioner vide Order dated 08.10.2025. The condition (d) imposed while granting Bail is that he shall not leave the jurisdiction of NCT of Delhi without prior permission of the IO/SHO.

It is stated that the Petitioner is a permanent resident of Aligarh, UP and this condition may be modified.

In view of the submissions made in the Application, Clause (d) of the Bail Order dated 08.10.2025 is modified to the extent that the Petitioner may reside at his permanent address at Kaveri Vatika, H. No. 64, Tikona Nagla, Aligarh, UP-202001, but to ensure his availability, he shall report in the concerned Police Station on the first Friday of every month. 6.
