The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.1/MCD to demolish the unauthorised construction on the third and fourth floor of the property bearing no. D-15/22-23, Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi.

The demolition order concerning the fourth floor of the property was passed by the respondent/MCD on 21st January, 2026. 3.

status report has been handed over on behalf of the respondent/MCD, which is taken on record.

In the status report, it has been stated that the private respondents no. 2 and 3 have filed an appeal against the demolition order before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD (ATMCD), wherein interim protection has been W.P.(C) 5200/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. granted in favour of the private respondents. 5.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of, while directing that further action shall be taken by the respondent/MCD on the basis of the outcome of the appeal filed by the private respondents, before the ATMCD.
