The petitioner has filed the present petition stating that he had bid for allotment of a parking site at Tilak Nagar. It is stated that although his bid was the highest, the petitioner has not received any communication from respondent nos.1 to 3.

Ms Pushkarna, learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the petitioner's bid has been rejected on the ground that it was the solitary bid.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition while reserving his rights to challenge the cancellation order.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The pending application is disposed of.
