Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant in BAIL APPLN. 4368/2024, and Ms. Nishtha Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant in BAIL APPLN. 1197/2025, seek permission to withdraw the said petitions. They state that the petitioners will approach the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, after the conclusion of the evidence of all public witnesses. 2.
