By way of the present application, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the captioned petition, which had been filed for quashing FIR No. 397/2020 dated 27.08.2020, registered at Police Station North Rohini, Delhi, under Sections 336 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, on the basis of settlement between the parties.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed, and the petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

The next date of hearing already fixed, i.e. 15.07.2026, stands cancelled.

It is clarified that this order shall not come in the way of filing a fresh petition for the same relief, if so advised, which shall be considered and decided on its own merits, in accordance with law.
