The petitioners (petitioner nos. 1 to 4) have filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking quashing of the FIR No. 272/2018 under Section 323/341/354/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) registered at P.S. Kirti Nagar and any proceedings emanating out of the same. 2.
The present petition is founded on the settlement arrived at between the petitioners who are accused and respondent nos. 2 and 3. 3.
The petitioners have been identified by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are identified by the Investigating Officer as well as by their counsel. The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the parties have entered into a compromise vide a compromise deed dated 17.08.2018. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 further state that they do not wish to pursue the FIR as they have
settled their disputes with the petitioners. This is also confirmed by the petitioners.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the FIR No. 272/2018 under Section 323/341/354/506/34 of the IPC registered at P.S. Kirti Nagar and any proceedings emanating out of the same are hereby quashed.

The concerned petitioners (petitioner nos. 1 to 4) and the respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall sign a copy of this order as an acknowledgement of the statements recorded herein.
