The petitioners (petitioner nos. 1 to 3) have filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking quashing of the FIR No. 271/2018 under Sections 323/341/354/354A/427/506/509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) registered at P.S. Kirti Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.
The present petition is founded on the settlement arrived at between the petitioners who are accused and the respondent nos. 2 to 4. 3.
The petitioners have been identified by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 are identified by the Investigating Officer as well as by their counsel.

The parties state that the parties have entered into a settlement to resolve their disputes in terms of the compromise deed dated 17.08.2018. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 confirm that they do not wish to pursue the FIR as
they have settled their disputes with the petitioners. 5.
In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the FIR No. 271/2018 under Section 323/341/354/354A/427/506/509 of the IPC registered at P.S. Kirti Nagar and any proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed.

The concerned petitioners (petitioner nos. 1 to 3) and respondent nos. 2 to 4 shall sign a copy of this order as an acknowledgement of their statements recorded herein.
