The present bail application is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for extension of interim bail granted to the applicant by order dated 14.02.2025, which was further extended by this Court by order dated 28.02.2025, in FIR No.244/2020 dated 08.10.2020, registered at Police Station Kamla Market.

The applicant seeks extension of the interim bail on the ground that his wife has to undergo spinal surgery. 5.
Previously, on 28.02.2025, the interim bail of the applicant was extended for a period of four weeks after noting that the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. surgery of the applicant's wife is scheduled for 05.03.2025. 6.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the spinal surgery of his wife could not be conducted due to other complications.

It is submitted that no date of surgery is fixed as on date and the applicant has to regularly take his wife to the hospital for check-ups.

Considering the above, the interim bail granted to the applicant is extended for a further period of one week, on the same terms and conditions as imposed by order dated 14.02.2025.

The bail application stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.

The applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application in case the date of surgery is fixed by the doctors.
