The present petition was filed way back in the year 2022 seeking quashing of the FIR No. 414/2019 dated 30.08.2019, registered at Police Station Hari Nagar, for offences under Sections 376/506/509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC). 2.

The matter has since proceeded before the learned Trial Court and the order framing charge has also been passed by the learned Trial Court.

By order dated 26.08.2025 passed by the learned Trial Court, the petitioner has already been discharged for offences under Sections 506/509 of the IPC but charge has been framed for offence under Section 376(2)(n) of the IPC against the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to keep the present petition pending. The present petition is, therefore, dismissed. Pending application(s) also stand disposed of.

The petitioner is at liberty to take all arguments in CRL.REV.P. 408/2025.
