% 29.03.2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"In the facts and circumstances of what has been stated hereinabove, it is most respectfully prayed that Hon‟ble Court may kindly be pleased toa) issue a writ of mandamus and / or certiorari or any other writ of like nature of direction to Consider of application for allotment of PCO /STD booth dated 26.08.2009 Under welfare scheme of weaker sections of society of poor / handicapped / schedule caste. b) Any other or further relief which this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper looking to the circumstances of the case may please also be passed in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent after grant of

prayer."

The learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice states on instructions from Mr. Jagdeep Kumar, Administrative Officer, Rohini Zone, that the stand of the North Delhi Municipal Corporation is the same as has been conveyed to the petitioner in the letter dated October 15, 2018 i.e. in terms of the order of the Supreme Court dated September 09, 2013 all Teh Bazari matters will be looked after by the Town Vending Committee.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the North DMC, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
