This petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 10th February 2025 as modified by order dated 3rd March 2025. 2.

It transpires that subsequently on 27th March 2025, an order was passed in W.P.(CRL.) 394/2025 by the Division Bench of this Court stating that the interim arrangement as recorded in the said orders is accordingly revoked. In this view of the matter, this Contempt Petition cannot survive. 4.

Liberty has already been given to the parties by the Division Bench to file appropriate application seeking visitation and/or custody of their minor child before the Competent Court, in accordance with law. 5.
