Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.

2719/2015 registered under Sections 509/325/354(B)/354/34 IPC at PS Mehrauli, New Delhi It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably with the complainant/victims/respondents No. 2 and 3 vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 04.11.2015.

Complainant/victims/respondents No. 2 and 3 are present with their counsel and have been identified by the Investigating Officer. I have enquired from them if they have settled the dispute with the petitioners amicably without any fear or pressure. They have informed that all the disputes between the parties have been resolved amicably with their free consent and they have no objection to the quashing of the FIR in question.

The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. Copy of settlement agreement dated 04.11.2015 has been placed on record. Cross case registered vide FIR No. 2677/2015 under Sections 323/326/354/34 IPC at PS Mehrauli, New Delhi has also been settled and the FIR therein has been quashed. Since the dispute between the parties among neighbours has been settled, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to put an end to the litigation and to maintain their neighbourly relations, FIR No. 2719/2015 registered under Sections 509/325/354(B)/354/34 IPC at PS Mehrauli, New Delhi and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. 4.

The petitioners are directed to deposit ` 25,000/- as costs in the Prime Minister Relief Fund within two weeks. Registry shall ensure its compliance.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
