The present contempt petition under Section 10 read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a) Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for his willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 25.07.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in CRL.REV.P. 229/2023;
b) Direct the Respondent to immediately comply with the order by paying the enhanced interim maintenance amount of ~30,000/- per month, along with arrears accruing from 01.01.2024 till the date of compliance, together with interest at an appropriate rate; c) Impose punitive measures, including fine or imprisonment, as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court, to ensure that the authority of this Hon'ble Court is upheld and future compliance is secured; d) Pass any other or further order(s) that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and equity." In terms of order dated 03.09.2025, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the sum of Rs. 1,40,000/- has been transferred in the account of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner confirms the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition. 6.
The present petition is disposed of as not pressed and disposed of accordingly.
