The present petition under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "A. Initiate Contempt Proceedings against the contemnors/Respondents for deliberate noncompliance of order dated 13.01.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (C) No. 350/2025; or B. Pass such other and further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

MCD, it is stated as under:- 4.

Photographs alongwith said status report have been placed on record showing the action taken at the subject property. Copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.

A status report dated 23.08.2025 has also been placed on record by the DJB/respondent no. 7, wherein it has been stated that water connection at the illegal construction has been disconnected on 21.05.2025. Similarly, a status report dated 19.06.2025 on behalf of BSES/respondent no. 5, has been filed wherein it has been stated that the electricity meter at the site bearing no. 41430191 alongwith service cable has been disconnected on 21.05.2025. 6.

In view of the above, no further directions are called for. 7.

The present petition is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 9.

Needless to state that the concerned department shall ensure that no unauthorized construction shall take place at the subject property and shall take further action in terms of the status report.
