This is a contempt petition filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for violation of the order dated 08.10.2024 and 11.02.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 11984/2024.

The result of the petitioner has already been declared and hence, the contempt petition has become infructuous and is disposed of. 3.

The respondent school is cautioned to comply with the orders passed by this Court. In the meantime, till the representations are decided, the respondent school will not take any precipitative action. 5.

The Department of Education (DoE) shall pass the order expeditiously and not later than 8 weeks from today. The DoE shall fix an initial date as 09.03.2026 at 11:30 a.m. 6.

Needless to add that any party aggrieved will be at liberty to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
