Learned counsel for appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file afresh after rectifying certain factual errors. It appears that the conviction for offences under Section 354/354D/506(ii)/509 IPC was upheld in appeal by the learned Court of Sessions. As a part of sentence, the appellant was also directed to pay compensation of Rs. 25,000/- to the complainant de facto, which has not been paid. 3.

As requested, the appeal and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
