Despite a passage of more than four months, the substitution application has not been filed in terms of order dated 28.02.2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties also state that the disputes have been settled by a settlement agreement dated 14.05.2024, between the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner and the respondent. Mr. Jitendra Kumar Jha, learned counsel, who appears for the respondent also confirms that the settlement has been arrived at, and is duly being implemented.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of leaving it open to the legal heirs of the petitioner to move a fresh petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in the event the necessity arises.
