This petition has been filed by the petitioners praying inter alia for setting aside/quashing an order dated 26.2.2020, passed by the learned DRAT in Misc. Appeal No.613/2018, filed by them, arising from OA No.104/2014, withdrawing the interim protection granted to them on 23.7.2019, on the ground that unnecessary adjournments have been sought in the matter on three occasions.

After addressing arguments at some length, Mr. Vinaik, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of his clients to approach the DRAT with an appropriate application.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending application.
