Mr. Atul Bansal, who appears for the petitioner, says that the Full Bench of this Court is to convene today at 4.00 P.M. to consider as to whether the interim bail(s) granted in such like matter(s) should be extended.

I must record the submission of Mr. Mohit Mathur, learned senior counsel, who appears for the complainant, that the Full Bench is considering only those matters where interim orders were passed prior to 16.03.2020 and, therefore, this case, according to him, does not fall within the scope of the proceedings that are to pending before the Full Bench. 5.

Given the fact that Mr. Bansal makes a request to stand over the matter, I see no difficulty in passing such an order. 6.
