All the three petitioners seek direction to the respondents to act strictly in accordance with law and not to unnecessarily harass, intimidate or humiliate any of the petitioner or their family members. 2.
Mr. Rahul Tyagi, learned Special Public Prosecutor for NIA appears advance notice and states that petitioners were given due notice under Section 79 of Bharatiya Nagarik Surakasha Sanhita, 2023 in terms of some ongoing investigation. He submits that NIA is already acting in accordance with law and there is no question of anyone being harassed or intimidated. He assures that in future also, NIA would act in accordance with law and would not harass anyone.

in view of the above-said statement made by Mr. Rahul Tyagi, learned Special Public Prosecutor for NIA, while reserving his rights and contentions does not press the petitions. He, however, supplements, if need so arises, the petitioner be permitted to file petitions afresh. 4.
All the petitions are accordingly disposed of as not pressed. 5.
Pending applications also stand disposed of in aforesaid terms. 6.
