By way of the present application, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 563/2025 dated 15.09.2025, registered at Police Station Subhash Place, North West Delhi, under Sections 6 and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

At the very outset, Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that although the charge sheet has been filed, the case is still at the stage of framing of charges, and the testimony of the victim as well as his mother, who is the complainant, is yet to be recorded.

After some arguments, Mr. Vikas Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, without prejudice to the applicant's right to approach the learned Sessions Court at an appropriate stage.

The application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submissions.

Mr. Kumar submits that appropriate directions be issued for expeditious progress of the proceedings. In response, Mr. Chauhan assures the Court that the prosecution shall not seek any unnecessary adjournments before the learned Trial Court.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future application are left open to be considered in accordance with law.
