The petitioner challenges the order dated 13.01.2023 pursuant to which the petitioner was directed to pay an ad interim maintenance for a sum of ₹6,000/- per month to Respondent No.1 and a sum of ₹4,000/- per month to Respondent No.2, who are admittedly the wife and minor child of the petitioner. 2.

By order dated 13.01.2023, the petitioner was directed to pay the maintenance amount and the matter was listed for arguments on interim maintenance.

Nothing has been brought on record to indicate what transpired after the matter was adjourned on 13.01.2023. The order dated 13.01.2023 indicates that the parties were to be subsequently heard on the issue of interim maintenance.
