Applicant seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No. 115/2026 dated 05.03.2026 registered at PS Okhla Industrial Area for commission of offences under Section 110/3(5) of BNS (corresponding Sections 308/34 IPC). 2.

After hearing arguments for some time, Mr. Nagendra Kasana, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition. 3.

He submits that applicant would surrender before the concerned Magisterial Court on 23.04.2026 at 2:00 P.M.

In view of the abovesaid assurance given by Mr. Nagendra Kasana, the present application is disposed of, as not pressed, 5.
