% 16.05.2016 The present petition has been moved by the petitioner seeking permission to produce the cash surety in the Trial Court for bail bond. Perusal of record shows that the Trial Court vide order dated 03.11.2015 granted bail to the petitioner subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with two local sureties of the like amount.

It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that one surety has already been furnished and so far the second surety is concerned, it is not possible for the petitioner to arrange the same. Consequently, on the request of the counsel for the petitioner,

the petitioner is permitted to furnish the cash surety of Rs.50,000/- before the Trial Court.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of. Dasti.
