% 06.05.2025 CRL.M.A. 7926/2025 (seeking reasonable time for clearing the arrears) 1.

Counsel for Petitioner states that in terms of the order dated 24th February, 2025 passed by the Supreme Court, this Court must sympathetically consider the case of the Petitioner and allow him sufficient time to clear the arrears as directed in the order dated 13th January, 2025. He acknowledges that as per the aforesaid order of this Court, presently INR 17,50,000/- have to be paid to the Respondent in arrears. On the other hand, counsel for the Respondent states that since the passing of the order dated 13th January, 2025, till date, no arrears have been paid by the Petitioner. 2.

Counsel for Petitioner states that the Petitioner's earnings are not so much that the Petitioner would be able to make the payment in one go and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. accordingly, he requests for one year's time to clear the arrears. To this, counsel for Respondent states that as per the Petitioner's Income Tax Returns filed before the Trial Court, his annual income is INR 73 Lakhs. 3.

In light of the foregoing facts, it is directed that the entire arrears shall be cleared by the Petitioner in a span of six months from today, by way of equal instalments.
