% 20.03.2020 The learned senior counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh after the outcome of the appeal proposed to be filed challenging the order dated 04.03.2020 passed by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. He further submits that the petitioner would be making a request to the respondent no.2 for accessing the Aircrafts for their maintenance and repairs.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is directed that as and when application referred above is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.2 shall consider the same in accordance with law.
