This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "A. To issue a Writ of Mandamus for setting aside / quashing of the withdrawal order dated 14.05.2025 (Impugned Order dated 14.05.2025);
B. To stay the operation of the impugned order dated 14.05.2025 till the disposal of the present petition; C. To direct the Respondent No. 1 to allow the Petitioner to submit Performance Appraisal Report;

For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 3.
Ms. Narain, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 3/UOI.

Mr. Kapoor, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/ NCTE and states that the present matter is covered by the judgment of a Coordinate Bench of this Court passed in a batch of similar petitions, one of them being Teachers Training College Mirza v. National Council for Teacher Education & Anr., W.P.(C) 5369/2025, order dated 15.12.2025.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is allowed, holding that the directions passed by the Coordinate Bench in paragraphs Nos. 12 to 16 in the judgment of Teachers Training College Mirza (supra) shall apply to the petitioner, including the direction to permit the petitioner to participate in the counselling session for the academic session 2026-2027. 6.
All respondents shall ensure that petitioner is permitted to participate in the counselling for academic session 2026-2027. 7.
