This petition is directed against an order dated 12.2.2020, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, dismissing a Miscellaneous Application filed by the petitioner for recalling the Tribunal's order dated 10.9.2018 passed in OA 2464/2017 whereunder, a prayer was made for issuing directions to the respondents to afford him a reasonable opportunity to appear in the skill test that was scheduled on 20.3.2016. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that a fresh cause of action has arisen now inasmuch as the respondents have advertised posts of Stenographers, published on 19.12.2019, for which the petitioner has not been issued any admit card. He seeks leave to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of his client to W.P.(C) 2919/2020

approach the Tribunal for appropriate relief. 3.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending applications. We make it clear that we have not made any observations on the merits of the claim of the petitioner to an admit card for the fresh examination to be conducted by the respondents next week, in terms of the advertisement issued on 19th December, 2019.
