The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondents to clear the bills raised by the petitioner in respect of professional services rendered by the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that steps would be taken to expedite the clearance of the petitioner's pending bills. 2.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to examine the petitioner's bills and in the event there is no controversy regarding the same, the payment be released as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within a period of six months from today.
