CORAM:

HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE TUSHAR RAO GEDELA

O R D E R

% 11.11.2025 1.

Heard learned counsel representing the parties. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties have stated that by efflux of time, the appeal has been rendered infructuous. However, it has been urged by learned counsel for the appellant that the issue as to whether the appellant-Indian Olympic Association has the power to appoint ad-hoc committee needs to be decided.

3.

Since the Letters Patent Appeal itself has lost its efficacy, the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 4.

However, we make it clear that the issue as to whether the Indian Olympic Association has the power to appoint ad-hoc committee or not, is kept open to be decided in some other appropriate matter.
