CRL.M.C. 1672/2019 & CRL.M.A. 5180/2020 The petition has already been disposed of on 29.03.2019 and taken up on CRL.M.A. 5180/2020 filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking directions to the learned trial Court to complete the trial of Complaint Cases Nos.45277/2016, 46081/2016 & 46082/2016 expeditiously.

Vide order dated 29.03.2019, the petition and the application filed on behalf of the petitioner previously was dismissed as withdrawn in as much as it was expected that the setting up of the Courts at the Rouse Avenue Court Complex under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 would result in cases being expedited. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the matter is fixed for prosecution evidence for 16.04.2020. The status report of the proceedings and of the evidence recorded before the learned trial Court is called for for the date 27.04.2020.
