% 22.04.2019 CM Appl. No. 18312/2019 The parties have entered into a compromise and have filed a joint application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC. An agreement dated 10.04.2019 has been entered into between parties and terms of the settlement are enumerated in paras 1 to 6 of such application. It is stated the said agreement is entered into without any undue influence/fraud etc. from any corner and the parties shall be bound by the terms set out in the agreement dated 10.04.2019. The parties are present in the Court today.

In view of the submissions so made, the petition stands disposed of in terms of the agreement dated 10.04.2019. Pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of. The earlier date given 03.05.2019 stands cancelled. YOGESH KHANNA, J APRIL 22, 2019/DU
