Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition on the ground that sanction for prosecution has been filed before the trial court. He further requests for a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial since the FIR dates back to the year 2011 and the charges were framed after a decade in 2021.

This court finds merit in the contention of the Petitioner. 3.

Trial court is requested to expedite the trial keeping in view the fact that FIR was registered over a decade ago.

Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
