This is a petition filed under Section 29A(4) & (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 6 months from 31.03.2025. 5.

It is stated that the matter has been argued on behalf of both the parties and the matter is only pending for the Arbitral Award to be made and published.

For the said reasons, issue notice.
