This is a joint petition filed under Section 29A(4) & (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 1 year.

The mandate of the arbitral tribunal has expired on 23.03.2025. 3.

It is stated that the delay has occurred on account of substantial number of witnesses required to be examined by both the parties. 4.

Since it is a joint petition, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for the delay.

For the said reasons, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of 1 year from today.

The period from 23.03.2025 till date, stands regularized. 7.

The petition is disposed of.
