Chhawala, Delhi under Section 318(4)/336(3)/340(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS). 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
